I’ve set up some events and tickets (using Event Tickets Plus) and everything seems to work… until I try it on a small screen.
On a mobile or browser (with width less than 992) the customer detail’s fields at checkout are disabled. It is therefore not possible to buy tickets on mobile devices. The problem appears to be triggered when the browser width is reduced to such an extent that the ‘order review’ area is forced to below the ‘customer details’ area.
The problem persists if I select ‘blank page’ for the Events template.
I’ve included a link to a test page on my site. To see the problem, just try to buy a ticket and enter name/address at checkout on a browser with width less than 992 or on a mobile.
Unfortunately the problem renders Event Tickets Plus useless if tickets cannot be bought, so help would be appreciated.
If I activate Twenty Fourteen theme, the problem goes away. How can I isolate the problem/conflict? Are you able to help…??
