I just purchased PRO for recurring events, however I’m not sure it will work for me.
My recurring events don’t follow typical patterns.
I have event that takes place Sunday 2-5, then recurs the next week on Thursday, 5-7 and then agian on a Tuesday in the next month. So I really need to be able to enter the specific dates of recurrence, and be able to override the default start/end time.
Is this possible?
This is a very typical pattern for this client because its musicians that sing at a restaurant frequently but on an irregular schedule.July 24, 2014 at 9:59 am #498207Barry
MemberHi – I’m sorry to hear it isn’t looking like it will meet your needs in this area.
One approach that might work is to use the closest matching pattern – one that fills all the days you need and more – and delete the superfluous instances. I do appreciate that isn’t always viable and/or may create more work than manually recreating events – but I thought I’d mention it in case it does help.
You’re certainly welcome to propose new features though and can also show your support for suitable existing requests by upvoting them. In this case, the following request might be worth adding your support to:

ParticipantYou aren’t losing me. I will continue using the plugin because it is great. When you have the customization I need in PRO I’ll upgrade then.
