Custom field type URL not working

I set up two custom fields to allow events to have download links for event details PDF and event flyer PDF. When I used one of these fields to create a link to download an event flyer (stored in WP media library) it ends up looking like this on the front-end:

Thanks for sending the screenshot I get what’s happening now!

This was a bug in a previous version of the plugin (and a fix was introduced as well), as I see you registered just a couple of days ago I imagine you are running the latest versions of the plugins, but please double check on that. Please let me know if you are running latest version of the plugins and you can reproduce this with default WordPress theme and no other plugins active. In that case this bug might have been re-introduced,

I have 3.12.6.

After disabling other plugins and changing to default 2015 theme, issue remains.
