Custom email upon event ticket purchase

Hi there,

We’d like to send automatic customised emails every time someone purchases an event ticket so that each event has an email specifically related to that event which includes time/date title of the event.

Is this possible?

Hi Livia,

Yes, indeed! The email template is located in the plugin files and can be customized with a template override. We have much more information on customizing template here in our Themer’s Guide.
