custom confirmation email per ticket type

Hi

Looking to integrate the ticket purchasing with woocommerce. Most of our tickets will be free of charge so just checking multiple free ticket types are possible.

Also we wish to send out custom confirmation emails per ticket type so the appropriate ticket receives the right type of attendance info which may be different for each event. Is this customisable on a per ticket or per event basis. There will be more than one event on sale at a time.

Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.

We do not have a feature to change the ticket template based on the event or ticket price.

The ticket email is customizable following our themer’s guide:

However, the system to detect which template should be sent to you would have to customized by you and we are unable to provide support on that.
