Hello,
We have an upcoming event that already has over 160 tickets purchased. When creating this event, we added custom attendee information fields to the tickets, but for some reason when the end user fills out this data and purchases a ticket, the data in these fields is not being saved.
We’ve pushed the site back to a staging environment, and everything seems to function as expected there, so the issue seems to be only with the live site.
We’ve verified that this issue is happening on another event as well.
Is it possible this data is retrievable somewhere in the database?
For future ticket purchases, what can we do to resolve this?
