Custom 8-day RSS Event Feed

Hello,

I have had difficulty finding appropriate documentation to direct me in the following endeavor. Can you help?

I need to create a custom 8-day RSS event feed for integration with MailChimp in the following format:

Thursday, June 1st
Event Title
Start Time to End Time Cost
Description Teaser … Read More (link to event post)

Event Title
Start Time to End Time Cost
Description Teaser … Read More (link to event post)

Friday, June 2nd
etc…
