    Hello,

I have been having issues importing csv files. Numerous times some events on my csv file either come up with missing info on the event or are imported incorrectly. I have changed all & to & – as this is what came up as the issue last time I had it. I have done this change and I am still having issues importing my files.

    Attached is csv file.

    Please Help!

    Hello lbethke,

Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you are having this issue.

I also see that you are using outdated versions of our plugins. I would recommend that you update both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro. Numerous bugs have been fixed since the versions you are using.

I also recommend you to read this knowledgebase article, if you didn’t yet do so, which might help you solve the issue.

Importing Calendar Data From a CSV File

If after this you are still experiencing the issues when importing then please give me more details on what information you are missing from the events?

Also can you describe me what are the steps you are taking when importing the events from this file?

    Thanks and cheers,
    Andras
