Mike
ParticipantI currently use a very modified version TEC Pro and Wootickets. I LOVE the fact that you guys finally have a CSV importer, as I run about 100 events a month and the overhead for event creation is insane.
However, we use quite a few custom fields in our setup, as well as Wooticket specific fields. Is there a way to customize the importer to include those custom fields AND Wooticket specific entries, so that we can not only create new events but also the standardized tickets that go with them? This would save me about 3-4 days worth of work a MONTH, so I am VERY interested in making it happen!
Thanks again for all your hard work.

MemberHi Mike: that certainly sounds like it would save you a lot of time. I can think of a few challenges in implementing something like this – particularly with regards to ticketing data – so what I’d like to do is take this idea and discuss it with the team to consider what’s involved.
If you can bear with us a few days I’ll make sure to report back, even if that’s only to say it’s on our to-be-determined list. With that said, if you are also game to post this request on tribe.uservoice.com it might encourage some discussion and further ideas from others who are interested in this sort of thing, which could be valuable information.
Cheers!

MemberHi again Mike: I’ve logged this as a proposed enhancement – even so if you want to post this on our feature request page at UserVoice that might encourage others to show their support and help us to prioritize this. Either way we’ll certainly give it due consideration.
Thanks!

MemberI’ll go ahead and close this one since there’s not too much more we can do in the short term. Thanks!

MemberHi there,
I just wanted to pop in here with a quick update. Although we were not able to get a fix for this into our imminent 3.3 release, it is still on the radar for inclusion in a future build. Thanks for your patience!
