    Hi,
    I downloaded the reference CSV for importing venues and filled it with information.
    When starting the import I got a message that Venue Name has to be specified which is first column so no idea why this popped up.
    The next thing is that the import won’t stop.
    I did all the steps mentioned in this forum (deactivating, etc) and I even rebooted my EC2 instance.

    NOTHING. Back to import and still shows me that an import is in progress?

    Any help appreciated, how do I stop this f##k CSV import?

    Hi Christian,

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    Although you may already know this, when you do a CSV import, in the Preview, you have to select the field at the top of each column to ensure that it is imported properly.

    Can you try re-importing the CSV file in that way and see if it goes through?

    If not, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
