CSV Import

Hello,

i want to sell tickets for sightseeing tours. We have a lot of tours per day (15). I have read your “Event Tickets Plus” works not with recurring events. Ok. My workaround would be import the tour dates, times and tickets (several prices for adult and children) via a CSV-File.

I tried this and it’s not a problem to import the tour dates and times with the CSV-Importer, but there is no way to import the tickets fields like this: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/

Is this a restriction of the free versions and that works with “Event Ticket Plus” or does’nt works this?

Apologies for the delayed reply.

Yes, the “Tickets” CSV import is only possible if Event Tickets Plus is installed and activated on your site.

If you have just Event Tickets, then the RSVP import type should be available.

To have the RSVP import type and the tickets import type, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus both have to be installed.
