ParticipantDo you provide any kind of help if your calendar is in conflict of my wordpress css theme?
Domain – http://electranceindia.in/
I am already running your Wootickets plugin. The plug-in is working superbly but the only issue I’m having right now is that the plugin CSS is not compatible with my main theme. The main theme is woocommerce compatible.
Currently I use your plugin through another wordpress theme – http://electranceindia.in/tickets/ – which is working fine but sometimes act as an impediment while buying tickets. I don’t want the complete process to be done on a single theme. Please help me out on this.

Participantnishantyagi,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Due to our limited support team and the massive number of third-party themes out there, we can only provide support for CSS issues as they relate to the functionality of the plugin. In other words, if a CSS conflict is preventing the plugin from functioning correctly, we’ll definitely make sure to fix that. With that being said, can you give me an example (a URL or screenshot) of the issue that you’re having, so I can take a closer look? Thanks! π

Participantnishantyagi,
Hereβs the problem. When I select βlistβ in the menu, something breaks somewhere.
URL β http://electranceindia.in/eventcal/upcoming/
Breaks in all 3 css templates.PS. Iβm using the free version for this theme to check and not WooTickets. Wootickets is on another wordpress theme β http://electranceindia.in/tickets/ .
Can you try changing your Events Template to the ‘Default Page Template’ in ‘Events->Settings->Display’ and see if that resolves the issue (screenshot)? Give that a shot and let me know if that does the trick. Thanks! π

ParticipantHey Casey,
Didnt work. πMay 15, 2014 at 2:33 pm #162785Casey
Participantnishantyagi,
Unfortunately, it looks like this particular theme doesn’t play nicely with our plugins. While I wish I could say that the plugin seamlessly integrates with every theme out there, the reality is that custom themes have so many settings/options that it would be nearly impossible for us to account for all of those.I would suggest that you reach out to the theme developer to see if they can offer you some guidance as to the CSS issues you’re experiencing. Hopefully that helps to point you in the right direction. Thanks! π

ParticipantThanks for your time Casey. I would’ve loved if the issue had been sorted.
Can you just give me an idea as where I should be looking for the solution? which file or the direction I should be working in?May 16, 2014 at 1:37 pm #163839Casey
Participantnishantyagi,
Unfortunately I’m not familiar with the theme that you’re using, so your best bet would really to be to reach out to the theme developer. However, at first glance it looks like the styling for ‘.events-list li’ in dark.css is setting the width to 100%.Hopefully that gets you pointed in the right direction. Good luck! π
