I have a problem trying to style a simple component of the Events Calendar via CSS. In the month view when you hover over an item, a pop-up shows the event. This is the window title I want to style.

I know about this sample CSS: https://gist.github.com/barryhughes/90d1f64eccfce9a0c841 which was very helpful and I also know how to hover over an item and inspect an element in Firefox but this does not work for hover items.

Please look at this image: http://www.pinecovecampground.com/wp-content/uploads/calendar-hover.png I just don’t know how to style the header font and background when you hover over an item in the month view.

Good evening Peter and welcome to the Events Calendar forum,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin and for your question.

That being said, this specific forum is actually not meant for support but rather for pre-sales questions.
To get proper support I would advise using the support forum from our plugin page on WordPress.org or, if you are a premium plugin member to use the Post a thread link.

With that in mind, I would still like to point you in the right direction prior to closing this thread.

Using your Firefox inspector, navigate tot the bottom of the page and look for the script element with the following ID tribe_tmpl_tooltip, this should reveal what CSS elements to target to achieve what you are looking for.

    Have an awesome weekend,

    Geoff B.
