Creating new web site, how do I move my calendar?

Do you have any documentation on moving a calendar/license to another web site? We are developing a new site to replace our existing one, so Ideally I would like to get the calendar set up on the new site now while the old site is still running. If we only have one license is that possible? Even though the calendar essentially will only be used for ONE site/using ONE license? Thanks.
