I have an events tickets plus account and have created an event and set up buying tickets off our event page – all working ok. The problem is that no confirmaiton email or ticket is being sent to the purchaser. I am not dumb, but cannot work out how to set this up. My payment gateway is woocommerce and I can’t see how to do it there either. Ideally, I would like to send an email they can print out as their ticket., but they at least need confirmation.
Do I need to do this through my mail provider/automator which is Emma? Or through your plugin or through woocommerce?
