    Hi,

    I just installed this system into my WordPress and already made a few ticket sales. How can I manually create tickets for the ones I have already sold? I don’t understand how to do that.

    Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂 Let me help you with that.

    Do you want to regenerate the tickets you have already sold? If so, you can do that by going to the ticket order in woocommerce and then in the Actions metabox select “Resend Tickets” and hit the ‘>’ button. See here https://cloudup.com/cmSYluMXKWC  That will resend the tickets email to the customer.

    Do you know how I can create multiple tickets for one order? We have an attendee that bought 9 tickets, but only received one. How can I manually create more tickets?

    Thanks for clearing that out.

    To manually create tickets, you would have to create a new order from the WooCommerce admin panel and adding the product that belongs to the ticket and changing the quantity. Does this help?

    It seems strange though that the user only received one ticket out of nine. There seems to be an issue here. Was this an isolated thing or did it happen in more than one occasion?

    Did the user pay for 9 tickets or just one? Please let us know about this so we can see if there is something wrong here. You can even send us a screenshot of the WooCommerce order with that issue.
