Hi guys,
Was a user of Events Calendar Pro 2.0 but needing some information on 3.0 before I purchase…
1) Am I able to change the permalink structure for venues, so instead of http://www.mysite.com/venue/club1; I want to be able to remove venue so it’s http://www.mysite.com/club1 or at least be able to change the word venue to club e.g. http://www.mysite.com/club/club1?
2) How easy would it be for me to add ‘Artists’? Where you can select Artists when creating the event? Would I need to create a seperate taxonomy within WordPress? And how easily could this be pulled into events?
3) Is the calendar mobile responsive at all? Are there any plans to make it mobile compatible?
4) Can I add custom fields? Will I need to use the ACF plugin to do so?

Sounds like you’re looking to customize the plugin, which is something I can’t help you with. But I can point you to our Themer’s Guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/) and Documentation (http://docs.tri.be/) which should have the information you need to make that happen.
There is a way to add additional fields to events right in the plugin (http://d.pr/i/5X5D). You may not need to go with ACF to do so.
