Last automn we made a redesign our website with a external agency. The agency used also products of you as follows.
– The event calendar
– The Events Calendar Outlook Import Fix
– The Events Calendar PRO
– The Events Calendar: Filter Bar
The two last products have a cost and in May they will renew for a next year.Now we build a test website for testing first new versions of wordpress and diffrent plugins. This site isn’t find in the wordwideweb and we need it only for internal testings.
Do you have an offer for cases like this? Or must we buy two licence every year for both plugins? Please send us an offer in which we see the costs for the two plugins “The Events Calendar PRO” and “The Events Calendar: Filter bar” for one year for the offical site http://www.plain-it.ch and the test site.

We only provide support (technical support and plugin updates) to the logged-in user (whomever has purchased from us), and not to their customers.
Therefore, it sounds like you will need to purchase your own copies directly from us if they won’t be renewing those for you.
- The Events Calendar is a free plugin.
- I’m guessing that’s this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-outlook-import-fix/ (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us)
- The Events Calendar PRO add-on page has pricing details
- Filter Bar add-on page has pricing details

I’d guess you’ll be good with just the Personal license level for PRO and Filter Bar. Plus, if you have your own account, you’ll be able to obtain support directly from us in addition to the automatic updates you’re already receiving.
