Convert From WooCommerce Tickets to Event Tickets Plus

Hi

I have Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro and WooCommerce Tickets paid plugin on my website purchased Dec 2014. You will see on my account that I have recently paid and renewed the licences (Today) and found I need to convert to the new Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus.

I notice going through the knowledgeable etc that you are transitioning current owners of WooCommerce Tickets and I have missed the deadline for change (which was around my renewal date unfortunately, also my busiest trading month). Is there any way you can give me a licence for the new Event Ticket Plus on my account? Or do I have to have a refund of the WooCommerce Tickets and purchase a new copy of Event tickets Plus?
