ParticipantHi guys,
im selling courses for dancing. i will use sensei to host the course content as tool for students but i will sell the courses multiple times in different places using modern tribe events and woocommerce. im not a techie person but i have figured most of that out. my question is if im selling a particular 10 week course and i make the single event and in the event i make 2 ticket types, one for leads and one for follows and the corresponding woocommerce products are made but i need to control the amount of each that is sold. in other words if there are 40 tickets , 20 leads and 20 follows how do i set it up so as to keep a balance.
i dont want to end up with 20 follows and no leads. preferably you can only buy a ticket as a follow if there is a corresponding no of lead tickets sold or vica versa, within a margin of error say 3-5 either way.
so mary wants to buy a ticket as a follow, there are 10 left out of 20. but there are only 5 lead tickets left. can the system be set up to restrict her ability to buy the ticket until say 8 lead ttickets are sold.
i know its complicated sounding
im doing this on my wamp localhost server at the moment but the website that is live is
swingscene.ie
but it wont be much help id say

MemberHi, Rory. Thanks for your detailed request.
Event Tickets Plus (ET+) has a Global Stock feature that sounds like it’d be helpful to you. Please read about it and feel free to even try it out on a test event on your site and let me know if you have follow-up questions.
If your more complex requests aren’t possible with Global Stock, you could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
