Control Ticket price shown for an event with Multiple ticket prices

My event has two different ticket prices. On the event page the price of my event defaults to the larger to get a price which is a VIP ticket. I would like displayed the general admission ticket instead of the VIP ticket. There anyway to set the plug-in to show the price of my general admission ticket instead of my VIP price.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties 🙁

I’m not completely clear on what you mean, here, however. Do you mean the cost that displays close to the event title (on single event pages) is incorrect/does not show the complete range – such as $10 – $100?

Would it be possible for you to share a URL so I can be sure I understand what you are describing?

If you look at the bottom page…I have 2 types of tickets that I’m selling. A group special and a general admission. However on the top of the event page the price of the group special is what is displayed.

I’d like to have the gen. admin. price show at the top or even a range like you mentioned. Either will work rather than that large premium price. It won’t work for my marketing.

Hi Jamar,

Can you try simply “re-saving” the event without making any changes? That should hopefully correct the situation (ordinarily, we sohlud see a range at the top – but I suspect a known bug may be getting in the way here).
