We’re a happy customer, using Event Tickets Plus for a couple of weeks now. We would like to start with QR-scanning, so we downloaded QuickMark, as instructed in your support documents.
We logged in Safari with an admin-account en started scanning QR-codes. So far so good: the attendee is checked in. But we would like to use the ‘continuous scanning mode’, so we don’t have to switch back from Safari to QuickMark. Is that possible?
