On our website I am receiving this message with this plugin Activated.
    “Content Encoding Error.
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.”

I have been working on this issue for a couple of days with GoDaddy and the Theme Developer. Here is what I have determined. There is an issue with this plugin being activated on this website while on a GoDaddy server. Right now I have the plugin deactivated. But when it is activated and you go to https://www.familyfunaz.com/blog/ or any calendar page like https://www.familyfunaz.com/events/category/chandler/list/ and change it from list to month you get the above message. Here is the kicker, I copied the site and uploaded it to my InMotion Hosting account and the site works fine.

GoDaddy and I did go through and cross referenced all of the PHP option settings and updated the GoDaddy options to match the InMotions settings but something is still a miss.

Here is the php file at GoDaddy – https://www.familyfunaz.com/phpinfo.php
The php file at InMotion – https://ffaz.wordpresspreview.net/phpinfo.php

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you!

    Hey Brittany,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

I’ve just accessed your calendar on https://www.familyfunaz.com/events/category/chandler/list/ , changed from list to month view and wasn’t able to reproduce the issue you are experiencing.

This issue is often caused by corrupted caching or cookies. Have you tried accessing the site after clearing your browser cache and cookies? If you access the site using different browsers or in an incognito window, is the problem solved?

    Best Regards,

    Patricia

I had to deactivate the The Events Calendar PRO plugin over Christmas because we had a campaign running. I have now reactivated The Events Calendar PRO plugin. Firefox and Edge show the error I previously sent, Chrome shows either a blank section or a white page whenever going on the Blog page or any of the Calendar pages.

    Hi Brittany,

Firstly, I’d like to apologize for the delay in response. Thank you for your patience all this while!

I’m still not ale to reproduce the issue you are experiencing from here: I’ve just accessed your calendar again and switched from list to month view and accessed your blog page using different browsers (firefox and chrome) and everything is working as expected.

Could you please let me know if you are still having this problem? If you are, please send us detailed steps to reproduce the error and screenshots so we can investigate.

    Thanks,

    Patricia
