Consent required before purchase

Everything is working fine, I just want to see if anyone has a suggestion for my problem. On one of the events, a person has to check a box that indicates they are qualified to attend an Event. Does anyone have any suggestion of how I would do this. The only way I can think of is to create an event on the calendar and provide a link that takes them to a form that they can complete. Any other suggestions?

What you suggested could work. But another idea would be to use the additional attendee information for that purpose.

In other words, you could have a Mandatory checkbox tied to the purchase process (along with the desired text.
