    Hello,
    I am adding new events/courses but at different times and dates, but all of them has the same product or ticket. I could not find a way to connect an event to an existing ticket. It seems I have to create a new ticket every time a course/event is created, which will become very complex to manage from products perspective.

    I hope I missing something. Please advise.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Im not sure I fully understand your scenario, but my gut reaction is we do not support your configuration.

    Our WooCommerce Tickets plugin does not currently support recurring events (but I’m not exactly sure that will help you here).

    The typical structure is one-ticket-to-one-event but we also allow for many-tickets-to-one-event. I’m not sure we support or I have ever seen a one-ticket-to-many-events. Structurally in the database, the tables are just not set up for such an configuration.

    It ultimately sounds like we would advise the one-to-one configuration, even if it would be a pain for now.

    Could I get more information about your site though? Maybe there is another answer that will work for you?

    Thanks. basically, We provide training courses every month and quarter. All courses have their own prices that do not change, and only schedules change. This is why I was looking for a way to retrieve existing tickets every time a course schedule has been added, rather than keeping creating new tickets. I think this is the right use case or the right way to do it. You have one product that you keep selling to many people (or thru many schedules).
