Confusion re activation of Community Events Tickets

    Hi, I’m getting this notice:
    “To begin using The Events Calendar: Community Events Tickets, please install the latest versions of The Events Calendar, Community Events, and WooCommerce Tickets. ” The first two requested are activated

    but I have Tickets and Tickets Plus activated so why would it be asking me for the old WooTickets plugin?

    Is there perhaps an admin setting I a missing somewhere?

    Sorry for the trouble here!

    Will you please paste your system information here as a private reply? That would help a ton so I can see if there is something causing that notice to trigger.

    You can find the system information on the Events > Settings > Help screen at the bottom.

    Thanks for the extra information, Benjamin! This helps a lot. 🙂

    It looks like you have Community Events 3.12.1 installed. If you update that to 4.0.1, then that should take care of the notice.

    Let me know if that does the tick.

    Ah I see, autoupdate of Community ticekts was posting as working when it in fact failed. Manually installed the new version and it is working now, thanks.
