    ” Just bought WooCommerce Tickets Pro personal edition which seems to be called, “The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets” in my plugins list in woocommerce. I then downloaded the free The Events Calendar plugin which WoocCommerce Tickets said that I needed in order to use WooCommerce Tickets. I’m trying to add the ability to order tickets to classes as a shopping cart product on a woocommerce shop. Have I purchased the correct product(s)? When I added an event through the Events panel, I get a 404 page not found on the website. I did not see any options to add the event price and do not see an add to cart button. How do I get this to work? Thanks.”

    Hello rbcheeseco,

    Thanks a ton for posting this to the forums. We find the forum enables us to serve our customers more efficiently and to a higher quality than email.

    I think you might have two issues here.

    First, for the 404 issue, can you manually flush your permalinks? If you resave your permalinks, the events should appear.

    Second, you bought the right product! The ticket information, including price, are added on the event edit page. I think if you take a quick look at our WooCommerce Primers page, you get a good sense of the workflow. The second video will answer you question the best I think.

    Thanks. Visiting the permalink page worked. My apologies for being snippy. It is a little confusing regarding which product does what. Some tutorials reference the basic versions, some the pro, and then wootickets vs. the calendar product got me off on the wrong track! Regards, Andy.
