ParticipantHey folks.
LOVING the plugin, but I’m having a problem with it and my favorite theme.
It appears that the Tribe Events shortcode doesn’t play nicely with the Enfold Theme masonry element. When there’s a TE shortcode on the page it nullifies the masonry element altogether.
Here are two examples I set up for this discussion:
http://www.savonas.com/events-example-1/
http://www.savonas.com/events-example-2/
You’ll see that, no matter which order I put them in, the masonry element doesn’t show up.
Now I figured a workaround for the front page… using the Enfold Masonry element to display the Tribe events. So far so good….
EXCEPT… the recurring events are showing the earliest dates, so when someone clicks on one, it displays
This event has passed.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Mark

KeymasterHi Mark,
Unfortunately, I often see reports of incompatibility with the Enfold theme. Looking at the pages you linked to, I can see some javascript errors that are likely blocking the rest of the content from resolving. The errors are not coming from any events calendar scripts, but the theme’s javascript may be dependant a different version of a library or something that is making it not work.
As to the reverse order of the posts on your homepage, this is a known bug in the Events Calendar Pro that is being worked on. I will attach this post to the bug ticket and mark it as “pending fix.” Someone should follow up with you here once the fix has been pushed out.
Thanks, and let us know if you have any other questions in the meantime.

ParticipantHey Sky!
Thanks for the reply.
First answer – understood, thanks.
Second one:
Another really simple fix would be to offer the option of having ECP delete past instances of recurring events within a day – as opposed to a month.
Thanks again!

Great! Thanks for your patience.
We’ll let you know as soon as the fix for the order is pushed out.
