ParticipantHi there,
We are experiencing quite a few issues with the event calendar pro that we have installed on website that use Templatic Business Director the.
Two notable issue: Main event archive page is not showing events
Single event pages are styled like the theme’s listings.is there any way to resolve the conflict without giving up on the theme or on Event Calendar pro?
Thanks

MemberHi, Paul. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
If you don’t solve your issues resolving any WP_DEBUG messages, please provide a copy of the latest version of your theme (you can use a Private Reply).
Thanks.

MemberWe do not provide support for non-default WordPress themes, per our Scope of Support / Terms, but I installed the parent theme, child theme, and 2 plugins included in your .zip to give it a
quicktest.Activating the parent theme didn’t throw any WP_DEBUG messages (I did not activate the child theme), but activating the 2 plugins the theme requires caused these WP_DEBUG messages to appear:
This one once:

To verify the product and unlock the site please click here to verify your licence key”
I got around this by commenting out this line from /wp-content/plugins/Tevolution/tmplconnector/monetize/templatic-custom_fields/custom_fields_function.php:
add_action('wp_head','tevolution_licence_message');I then re-tried the /events page and it displayed but threw this WP_DEBUG message:

And also threw this additional WP_DEBUG message:

- Your parent theme throws WP_DEBUG messages that should be resolved.
- Your child theme does the same but also seems to have display issues for Events.
You should have tested this with WP_DEBUG, as I requested and provided instructions for. If there’s ever a WP_DEBUG message from our plugins, please do let us know so we can fix it. However, these messages are from your themes and should be handled by the theme author, not us. If their themes no longer produce WP_DEBUG messages but their display still affects our plugins, you’ll need to inquire about the issue with them and not with us. This is true for all non-default WordPress themes (such as Twenty Sixteen and Twenty Seventeen), not just Templatic.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your theme author, personal developer, or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
