Conflict with "Ultimate Membership pro 6.3"

I have “The Event Calendar pro” installed in my theme.. The Calendar Grid is working fine on my Theme.. But After I install the Ultimate Membership pro 6.3 plugin and activate the plugin .. The Calendar Grid Stops displaying the events ..
In the Error Log I get an message while loading the Calendar Grid..

As Soon as i deactivate the Ultimate Membership pro Plugin.. The Calendar grid is working fine..
I Cannot go-away with the Ultimate Membership pro Plugin.. Need some solution from you to make both working..
As of now i have deactivated the “Ultimate Membership pro” plugin to have my Calendar Grid..

I was able to confirm the debug error.

Beyond that, there wasn’t any helpful information.
