Conflict with Pixgridder

We have installed the events calendar and tickets plus plugin here: http://www.websitetesting.eu/nadpo-dev/events/

The issue we have is that when adding, say, 4 tickets, the option to add attendee details doesn’t appear: http://www.websitetesting.eu/nadpo-dev/event/test-event-title/

We have narrowed this down to a conflict with the Pixgridder plugin, with Pixgridder disabled, this all works fine.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I’m sorry you are having that conflict. Let me try to help you with that.

I tried finding the error you mention in the event you shared but I could not find any issues. Did you manage to solve this? If not, what’s the specific problem you are experiencing? Could you share a screenshot of it?

I tried installing the Pixgridder plugin but it throws a fatal error upon installation. This plugin has not been updated in over 2 years and says it’s only tested up to WordPress version 4.2.15.

While it doesn’t mean it won’t work, there is a big chance this plugin will also cause conflicts with other parts of your site, specially when you update your plugins, theme and even the WordPress core.
