I’m getting a conflict between the events calendar plugin and a theme I’m using: Optimizer – https://www.layerthemes.com/theme/optimizer/

I’ve added the lite version of the calendar for testing and would like to upgrade to the pro version but before I do, I have noticed an issue with theme menu.

When I view my events calendar in Mobile or tablet mode, the theme menu pops in and then pops straight back out again. I have made some minor styling changes (on the calendar) but even with those taken off this still happens. It is also the only page that this happens on.

Is there a fix I can use for the container of the calendar for example, that will allow the menu to display for this page in mobile mode? It works fine for all other pages.

You can see the menu working fine on all other pages: http://www.creativewolverhampton.org/about/

This is a site in progress so please ignore the half finished pages.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hey Steve,

Heck yeah, I’m stoked to hear you’re looking to upgrade to PRO! Thanks for giving us a look and I really do hope it’s a good fir for your site.

We are definitely happy to help you with any technical issues with The Events Calendar–but will you please post it over on our WordPress.org forum?ย The forums here are for pre-sales questions related to PRO and technical support for PRO license holders. ๐Ÿ™‚

That said, if you have any questions about PRO or any of our other premium add-ons, I’d be happy to answer them here for you.

In the meantime, I did quickly check your site and the site menu seemed to work as expected on the calendar page (screenshot). It might be worth checking on multiple browsers and devices to see if the issue is isolated to a specific one before posting to the WordPress.org forum so we have some more context and information to work with.

    Cheers!
    Geoff

My pleasure and thanks for following up! I hope you wind up going PRO and, if you do, let us know what you build with it so we can check it out. ๐Ÿ™‚
