I had a problem where when I used the Search Bar in List view using FF or IE, the working arrow indicator would go round and round and hang up forever. It works fine in Chrome. I figured out the problem is the Nivo Slider. Are you aware of of this conflict, know of any workaround, or have any suggestions short of using another slider?

    Thanks!

    Hey Barry,

I’m sorry you’ve run into this conflict on your site! It is unfortunately not a known issue or, therefore, one that we are actively working on at this time.

Is there any location on your site where we could take a look at this broken arrow indicator in person? (I couldn’t find an event or page after a few minutes of browsing http://thaihealingalliance.com/).

I’ll happily take a closer look if so – we might be able to at least identify the specific error, and that could be very helpful for taking action to fix it.

    Thank you!

It’s at the standard Events page: http://thaihealingalliance.com/events/

It’s find in Chrome. In Firefox or IE if you use the search bar (for example, select date Sept 2) the loading indicator spins … and never stops.

It’s definitely Nivo Slider because if I disable it, all browsers work. And I’m not getting any errors showing up in my Dev Console for any browser!

    Any thoughts are gladly welcomed….

    THANKS

    Hey @Barry,

I checked out the link you provided but could still not see the specific issue live. I’m sorry, and unfortunately if the Nivo Slider is breaking your site you will have to contact their support team for further assistance.

I’ll close up this thread for now. If any other issues arise on your site, come back and open a new thread any time.

    Cheers!
    George
