    Hi, this is a presale question, I would like to know if it is possible to configure the text of email messages that attendees will receive after booking an event: is there any template, how does it work?, is it WPML compatible? do you have any tags to be included automatically?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

    There is a template that can be modified for the email tickets, but out of the box it does not include a way to add a custom message per event. It is possible that could be done by adding a custom field to the event and then showing that field in the ticket.

    Beyond that we are limited in supporting customizations.

    Currently, Event Tickets Plus and all our ticketing plugins are not compatible with WPML and I do not have a timeline when they might be.

    Hi, I am still trying to figure out whether it could be suitable for my site.
    I have a 3 languages site, does it mean that I can translate the events using WPML until the user click on the BUY button and then everything is let´s say in English, could it work like that? If it is so, it might be suitable.
    Do you have any live example?

    We do not support WPML on the ticketing plugins so I have no example for it and most likely there are conflicts that will prevent it from working and not something we can provide support on.

    That is about all I can do for this unfortunately.
