complete removal of icalendar / google calendar add buttons

Hi there,
i looked across the forum and found both tutorial and snippets to alter functions.php in oder to remove the buttons – but this unfortunately does not cover all the pages.
in fact i still have the buttons on calendar view and event listing (if sorted/called by venue)…
do you have an idea what could remove ALL the buttons at once?
maybe you could consider, if not already done, make this available/disabled by using checkboxes in the backend (in a future update) … that would be great.

Hi – you can probably achieve this by uploading this simple plugin to your WP site and activating it. Does that help?
