competition ticket sales

Hi-

I just bought the events calendar pro for another site, and so far I love it!!

I have another site I manage. We want to control access via tickets that are unique and can’t be copied. We have paypal and Woocommerce on our site already, so it looks like events plus will be a great fit for us. I just have a few questions:

1) How can we handle sales at the gate? Can we preprint tickets so we can do mobile sales (we’ll be out in a field and may not have a printer)? Can we swipe a credit card for payment on the mobile device?

2) We are cost conscious – if we buy a license, can I install it on our test site and our production site?

Hi there,

Thanks for the email and questions!

In regards to sales at the gate, you would have to purchase those tickets possibly on a laptop and then use the QR code scanner just like if someone was registering. Our plugin may not be the best fit for gate sales.

In regards to dev site first then production, yes this is possible and the domain can be switched in your account.
