Compatibility with SmartMag Theme

Hi,
I am using your free version of the events plugin. I would like to purchase the full professional version.

The problem I’m having is when I view the events page on a mobile device the events do not show below the calendar. Also I notice that the comments form is not being shown on the event page even though its enabled in the settings and at the post.

When I set my site to a default wordpress theme then everything works so I know its the theme. My theme developer says he wont help with plugin issues.

My question is if I purchase the professional version is this something you guys can help me fix?

I’m running the latest WordPress, theme and plugin version.

Hi Tony,

I’m really sorry that you’re caught between developers here, but unfortunately a premium license will not mean we can fix your issues.

We in fact offer no support for third-party software, or issues that arise from them, so buying a premium license is not something I would recommend in hopes of resolving the theme issue.

Can you share a link directly to your site’s event page, where this issue happens, with the problematic theme active on your site? I will look at the issue specifically myself, and investigate the code behind the problem. I might be able to pinpoint the exact code and either fix it, or at least specify the source of the problem to pass it along to the theme developer and hope for some development on the bug from them.
