Compatibility with Memberpress. Timely support answers (under 24hs)

I asked this question this morning and I saw tens of questions replied before mine that were posted later? Is the support always this bad or mine was missed. If I purchased a license is this the type of support I should expect? I am concern because I depend on my website and this would not work for me.
My original question was: Is EC Pro compatible with Memberpress?
I would like to allow specific members to set up events and I would like to have some events open to some member levels and no others. Ideally all in sync with their memberpress membership.
