November 15, 2017 at 3:43 pm #1384031Geoff B.MemberGood evening Sam and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual. Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things. Will your event plugin disrupt the theme customization of my site: colors, fonts, menu?
The short answer is probably not.
We work really hard at making sure our plugins respect WordPress coding best practices. In fact we even have options in our plugin to help keep the same colors, fonts and css rules as your WordPress theme.
That being said, there are times where there are conflicts.
If that is the case, simply deactivating our plugin will fix it.With that in mind, we are always interested in knowing about such conflicts and often times we are able to offer a solution or workaround for such situations.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
Geoff B.
