Hi!
I am going to build a website for an academy with these needs:
-Several webpages connected to different dates of the calendar, and being able to repeat easily each event
-The option of RSVP or paying for the reservation online
-An auto-response for those clients to say thank you
-A database that manages all those clients, the RSVPs and the payments
-Being able to introduce manually more payments and expenses (divided by cash and credit card) and RSVPs¿Which product do I need to buy from you for having all of this?
¿What is the best wordpress theme that is compatible with those of your products?
¿Do I need any extra code for connecting the data between your plugins?Thank you so much!

Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our products 🙂
From what you describe, I suggest the following set-up:
– Events Calendar PRO for recurring events.
– Event Tickets (free) to allow RSVP for events.
– Event Tickets Plus to be able to sell tickets for events. This plugin works with an e-commerce plugin that handles cart, checkout & payment, you can use any of the following: WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, Shopp and WP-Ecommerce.An auto-response for those clients to say thank you
Users get an email after purchasing tickets or marking RSVP. You can include a custom thanks message in those emails.
A database that manages all those clients, the RSVPs and the payments
Our plugins store all information in the standard WordPress database tables.
Being able to introduce manually more payments and expenses (divided by cash and credit card) and RSVPs
You can manually generate orders (tickets) from the e-commerce plugin. Not sure about expenses, you’ll need to check that in the e-commerce platform you choose to work with. Regarding RSVPs you can create those manually from the site front-end.
¿What is the best wordpress theme that is compatible with those of your products?
I guess it all depends on the site features, so not sure if there’s a best option. Theme Forest let you filter themes by compatibility with popular plugins, check this listing of themes compatible with The Events Calendar. Many users of our products use Avada theme which I’m aware supports our plugins pretty well.
¿Do I need any extra code for connecting the data between your plugins?
No, all of our products work smoothly with each other!
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this,
Best,
NicoPS: I’ve noticed your site is from Spain, if you prefer we can continue our conversation in Spanish 😉
