Community Tickets – Nonprofit License

Hi,
Does the nonprofit license include the Community Tickets plugin? While I see 3 different licences for Events Tickets Plus under My Account / Downloads, I dont see any entry for community tickets.

Our nonprofit program applies just to Events Calendar Pro & Event Tickets Plus at this time.
