ParticipantOne last question about Community Tickets.
When people register for more than one class, does it allow different people to be paid? So if they want to take feltmaking in the morning with Mary and beadwork in the afternoon with Lisa, can students register (buy a ticket) for both of those classes and pay for them at the same time AND have the money go to two different teachers?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi JW,
Thanks for following up on Community Tickets! Out of the box, Community Tickets will let you split payments between the site admin and person who submits the event, but there is not currently a way to split the money from the sale of tickets on a single event between multiple people besides the site admin. Sorry for the bad news there!
Keep in mind that this is the case only for tickets sold on the same event. If Mary and Lisa both created individual events for their classes, then the money could be split between you and Mary for tickets sold on her events and between you and Lisa for tickets sold on her events. The tickets work the same way as with Event Tickets Plus in that they will all wind up in the cart together, so the user can buy them both with one checkout process.
I’d recommend taking a look at this article for more information on split payments and some othe Community Tickets features. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantThank you for the info. I purchased the community events bundle with tickets, events plus and filter bar. All uploaded easily. Here’s my question:
Where does the Submit an Event form allow the organizer to set up tickets? As far as I can see, this can only happen on the backend, which I hoped to avoid my needing to do this.
Am I missing something? Is there a place to add fields to the Submit an Event form?
https://midwestfiberartstrails.org/events/community/addI also have a thread posted in the forum, but I haven’t heard back yet.
Thank you,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
