Hello, we recently integrated the Community Events plugin along with Events Calendar Pro or our site. We have a number of saved venues we are using for our organization, see below.
115/116 – Appalachian
115 – Blue Ridge
116 – Allegheny
119 – Wasatch
206 – Rockies
313 – CascadesWhen a user selects the large conference room (115/116 – Appalachian), we want the single room options (115 – Blue Ridge and 116 – Allegheny) to be greyed out or disabled in the dropdown as viable options for the same time Appalachian was chosen. It does not have to be ajax, it can be upon/after form submit.
But what would it take to specially modify our plugin to achieve this? Please let us know timing, cost estimate for you to do it, feasibility etc, asap. If feasible, we are interested in a quick solution, and we can integrate the updated code on our end. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out! One of our developers is reviewing your issue and we should have a response for you soon. Thanks and stay tuned!December 4, 2012 at 5:57 pm #28948SamuelMemberHi Cynthia!
While we do not offer customization services ourselves for our plugin suite outside of large scale projects, we do do our best to offer tips/assistance for small changes to functionality/layout for all our pro customers.
It sounds to me like you require venues to only be available for use once in a given time range, and on top of that you need “child venues” to also hook into this logic? For this case you would require a developer with solid back end skills to make the necessary modifications. If they run into any specific issues while executing the changes we would be more than happy to give feedback on any of those.
If you don’t have a developer available to do the job yourself, you can always try services such as freelance switch to find one capable of doing the work: http://jobs.freelanceswitch.com/search/
We also have robust documentation for them to refer to here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/
Let me know if I understood your needs correctly!
Sam
