Community Events not showing page template for anonymous users

The page template at http://mightygrip.com/events/user/add is not displaying for anonymous users. It’s works perfectly for users who are logged in, and I cannot figure out why the template isnt loading for anonymous users. The Events ->Settings->Display->Events Template is set to Default Page Template,and following https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/ the /tribe-events/community/ folders were created,
and no change.
Any help is highly appreciated.

I’m sorry you’re hitting difficulties, Vincent.

I also see you noted having ran through our standard troubleshooting steps (reverting to a default theme and deactivating all other plugins except for The Events Calendar and Community Events, in this instance) – can you confirm that didn’t highlight any conflicts that might be at work?

Can you additionally try switching to the Default Events Template and, if you have made no changes to our templates, could you remove or temporarily rename the tribe-events folder within your theme?
