Community Events is not working

When I go to my website http://www.theauctionmap.com and I click on Submit Auction and then click on the button that is hyperlinked to the community plug-in (http://theauctionmap.com/events/community/add), it states “WHOOPS!
THERE IS NOTHING HERE. PERHAPS YOU WERE GIVEN THE WRONG URL?”

Also, it tells me that the plug-in for Pro and Community has new updates…it has this at the top “You have entered license keys for The Events Calendar PRO and The Events Calendar: Community Events but your keys are out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to to manage your installs, upgrade your licenses, or purchase new ones.” I only have one website with the Pro and Community Plug-In’s attached to it.

Both Pro and Community have this under them: There is new version of The Events Calendar PRO available but your license key is out of installs. Learn more or manage your licenses.

I recently changed the primary domain to http://www.theauctionmap. It was http://www.illinoisauctioncalendar.com. Now, http://www.illinoisauctioncalendar.com only points to the new web address. The license keys are attached to http://www.illinoisauctioncalendar.com. Is this impacting it? If so, how do I change the domain that the license keys are attached to?

I have resolved my issue with the link to Submit the auction…however, I am still not able to update my two plug-ins. When I set it up my account with The Events Calendar, I used the domain http://www.illinoisauctioncalendar.com to tie the plug-ins to. However, we decided to change the primary domain for the WordPress site from illinoisauctioncalendar.com to http://www.theauctionmap.com and now the http://www.illinoisauctioncalendar.com just points to the website. I believe this is the issue as The Events Calendar has the old web address and I believe it thinks I do not have a license for that one. How do I change the domain to the new domain? I still only have one website, I just have a different domain as my primary. Please help asap. Thank you.

In our forums we keep our threads focused on just one issue at a time to ensure we fully answer each of your questions/issues. Please keep this in mind for the future and start a new thread for your additional questions from this thread. Thanks for your understanding, and I’ll answer only your first question about your license keys.

Please remove the license key from old site > wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses tab

Then visit https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and remove old site from being assigned that license.

Then enter that license key at new site > wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses tab
