ParticipantHave Events Calendar, Community Events and have bought Events Calendar PRO
1. Any chance to add the field: County? NOT COUNTRY (I eliminated that)
2. The user does not have the capability to expanded PRO information entries, dates and recurring dates, venue information fields and/or organizer contact fields. Am I missing something?

ParticipantYvonne,
Thanks for reaching out and being a loyal customer! I’d be glad to help you with this. The best way to do this is by using Custom Fields in EC Pro.1) Go into Events->Settings and click on ‘Additional Fields’: http://d.pr/i/Hmw0
2) Create a new field labeled ‘County’ and make it either a dropdown or Text field: http://d.pr/i/wUdq
3) This new field will now show up on the ‘Add’ screen when users submit new events: http://d.pr/i/43xmHope that helps! Let me know if that answers your question. Thanks!

ParticipantYvonne,
I saw a notification of your previous (unsaved) post, and that you said it’s still not showing up on your event submission page here: http://ctproductsandservices.com/events/community/add. Have you tried switching to the Default theme? I think there’s something strange going on with your existing theme that’s causing all of the event detail fields to not be showing. Here’s what my ‘Event Submission’ page look like: http://d.pr/i/q9iGYou’ll notice that you’re missing all of the date fields that my screen has. Could you try switching to the default 2012 Theme and see if that resolves your issue? Thanks!

ParticipantI realize that my “Event Submission” Page should look like: http://d.pr/i/q9iG
I installed the “Events Calendar” and “Community Events”. Absolutely no problems. Then I added “Events Calendar PRO”……NO LUCK to see the difference in my Event Submission Page.
Casey, I have no idea what you mean with trying to switching to the default 2012 Theme. My theme is Woothemes: Listings. I do not know how to. My apologies, I am pretty new at this. Thank you for your time.October 15, 2012 at 7:09 am #26610Casey
ParticipantYvonne,
You should be able to go to ‘Appearance->Themes’ and switch to the Twenty Eleven theme. After you’ve done this, please revisit your Event submission page and see if you are still having issues. If so, then we can narrow the issue down to WooThemes.Let me know if that does the trick. Thanks!

ParticipantThank you. No, I can’t even open the “Add Your Event”. Do you need to go on the back end of the website?

ParticipantYvonne,
Were you able to switch the theme to Twenty Eleven using the instructions I provided above?October 15, 2012 at 9:16 am #26623Yvonne
ParticipantYes, I could go to the Twenty Eleven theme, checked out the tab: “Add Your Event”. I could not even open it.

ParticipantYvonne,
Go to ‘Appearance->Themes’ then find the Twenty Eleven theme and click ‘Activate.’ After doing this, go back to your Event submission page (http://ctproductsandservices.com/events/community/add) and see if everything looks good.October 16, 2012 at 11:18 am #26705Yvonne
ParticipantI did and everything looks good. what to do now?
October 16, 2012 at 11:42 am #26707Casey
ParticipantYvonne,
Since everything is working correctly with the default Twenty Eleven theme, it seems the issue lies with your ‘WooThemes: Listings’ theme. I’ll have a developer take a look and see if there’s anything on our end that we can resolve. In the mean time, feel free to get in touch with the WooThemes Support team to see if they’ve run across this issue before.
Stay tuned and I’ll let you know what we find out. Thanks!

Participantthank you. how should I pose the question with Woothemes: Listings’ theme.

ParticipantI would just point them to this thread and ask if they can take a look.
