I’m trying to determine if I can use The Events Calendar Community – Community Events add on so that anyone can view the calendar of events, but only logged in users are able to add/edit/delete events in the calendar. What approach would you recommend? Something like implementing the Profile Builder plug-in (https://wordpress.org/plugins/profile-builder/)?
Absolutely. Anyone can view the main calendar itself. You can also set Community Events so that it only allows logged in members to submit events to the calendar and edit those submissions. Here’s a screenshot of that setting.
