Common Mini Calendar Widget Links Not Working Issue

Hello. Am loving the Events Pro and would really really love this widget to work for me but my Mini calendar widget links aren’t working.
NOTE: I’m not using a theme sidebar, but using the plugin “amr shortcode any widget” plugin to insert the into mini cal into a column on my home page.
(The upcoming events listed under the widget are working fine.)
I’m using Events Calendar Version: 3.6.1
Events Calendar PRO: Version 3.6.1
WP Version: 3.9.1
Decativated plugins etc but to no avail. I’ve read all the docs and forum posts about this subject but still no luck. I’ve added this to my functions.php file

But not too sure if this is the correct syntax. It’s not resolving the issue. I am happy to pay someone to get this sweet widget working.

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m not very familiar with the plugin you referenced, but you should be able to insert any of our widgets with a shortcode by using the third-party event rocket plugin. Give that a try and see if it does the trick.

Yipppeeee!!!! Oh Casey you made this very sunny Sydney winter day even brighter!! The event rocket plugin rocks! I have that super cute calendar widget working how I want it! (Can you tell I’m excited?!) I was waiting to get more Add-ons depending on how this was resolved and am now absolutely sold! Yay…. (wanders away doing heel-clicks and happy dance)
