Combining completed order email and ticket email

    I am trying to modify the customer-completed-order WooCommerce email to include the Ticket email. Our client would like reduce the number of emails being sent.

    Questions:
    – How do I use class-ticket-email.php within customer-completed-order.php?
    – I have access to the $order, am I able to query a ticket by $order?
    – Once I combined the emails, how do I disable the default ticket email?

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on our forums.

    I will say that this kind of feature development we normally don’t create for users because it will require time from our development team, and here on the forum we provide support for features.

    If you want I can give you some guide to where is a good starting point, but it will require you to have a skilled developer to wrap the solution to avoid future problems.
