    Hey guys

I have a column mapping problem. Each time I try to import, it imports all the headings in one long row. Much like discussed in the forum.

Did you ever find a solution?

I have the Pro one installed, if that makes a difference.
Yes I did all the checks below and my date is in a standard mysql format.
    I have version 3.11 installed.

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues with this.

I have not seen reports of this so not sure what the issue is, but I can help get to the bottom of it.

Can you share you csv file with as a link from dropbox or something similar so I can download it?

You can do that as a private reply and then we can go from here.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for providing that link.

I tried the file, but see it is using semi colon and not commas to delimit. We only support commas.

Also, if I changed it it in excel to use commas and saved it, it still do not import. Not sure what the issue is with excel.

I had to save it as a csv in a text editor as comma delimited and it then worked.

We have this page with all the csv templates you can use. I would suggest using those to get the formatting correct.

Let me know if you can get that to work using our csv as a guide.

    Thanks
